Athletes: For the double DB Step up hold the dbs at your side for the single db step up, hold the DB however you choose. Grip will be important today. If your hands are tender or rip with high volume (they should not) but if that is the case then use progressions to avoid ripping. Treat each section as a sprint with the rest in between to prep for the next piece.
