Mobility Class tonight (at 5:30 pm, Wednesday) the focus will be on OHS. Jamie will spend sometime tonight working on stability and mobility night. Especially how to find a really good shoulder position for the OHS! If this is something you struggle come to this class and Jamie will get you straight. No excuses just show up and get mobilized!
