Reminder!

This Saturday from 11 am to 1 pm is the Paleo Challenge Kickoff meeting.  Sign up in the gym.

We will have snacks and tons of good information.

Smoked Salmon with Dill Scramble

Another simple breakfast; scale to your taste buds/appetite!

3 eggs, scrambled
2-3 oz. smoked salmon
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
salt & pepper to taste

scramble em up (low and slow for the fluffiest eggs!) and enjoy 🙂
