In the begging of the month we told you to send us a few charities or non profits that you want CFH to support for our Check in Month.  In February, CFH will donate 25 cents for every CFH Facebook check in to the winning charity.  Three charities were submitted. They have all been put on the voting ballot. Click the link below and VOTE.  The winner will be announced Monday (Feb. 1st) and the CHECK-INS will begin!

Big Weekend at CFH coming up! In addition to the Battle of Baltimore going down this Saturday, Sunday we are re-launching Yoga with Alexa! Beginning this Sunday the 31st, Yoga will be every other weekend, Sundays at 10AM! Bring a mat if you have one. If not, just bring yourself! Yoga is the perfect way for CrossFitters to wind down and get mobile!
