Saturday! We are hosting Battle of Baltimore at the gym. The event will be over around 3:00 pm. We will have an informal open gym at 3:00 after the comp for about an hour or so. If you want to come in and get your sweat on on! Just show up! We will also have open gym from 9 to noon on Sunday, and YOGA at noon on Sunday.
Sometimes we need to slow it down focus on good movement and mobility. That is what we will be doing at the beginning of Today’s WOD. You will see things like this more. It will help with body awareness, core strength and mobility.
