Kickoff Meeting on Wednesday January 11th, challenge ends February 15th
Biweekly Meetings during 6 weeks on Wednesdays @ 5:30pm: Wednesday January 25th, February 8th. Final WOD and potluck celebration on Saturday February 18th at 11am
InBody body composition analysis at the beginning and end of challenge, providing weight and % body fat analysis
3 Group coaching sessions (45 minutes in length), final workout and potluck celebration
Health-supportive dietary recommendations, as well as coaching and support to keep you on track
One-on-one goal setting session with Alexa to outline plan for success in the new year
One last thing…. workout accountability! This challenge is about establishing healthy routines, not just limited to nutrition. Throughout the course of this challenge your attendance at CFH will be tracked. Everyone will also get a “workout buddy”- another person completing the challenge who can typically attend the same class time(s) as you. You and your workout buddy will hold each other accountable for coming to class consistently throughout the challenge.

Min 1: 10 Burpees
Min 2: Bear hug a Dball and walk (Wall to garage door and back)
Min 3: 20 Second Sprint on Assault Bike (as fast as possible)
Min 4: 15 box jumps, 24/20” w/ step down
Min 5: 18 KB swings
