This is our first benchmark WOD at CFH.
We here at Crossfit Federal Hill have a soft spot for dogs, particularly those that need homes the most. That is why we have decided to join forces with BARCS Animal Shelter this month and offer anyone who adopts a dog from them in January a free month at CFH!
That’s right, you do a good deed and we reward you! Think about opening your home and heart to rescue a pup who needs it most, you won’t regret it. You’ll get yourself a best bud AND we’ll give you the month for free to say- hey, thanks for helping out in our community.
If you take us up on the offer just bring in the adoption papers when you stop in and we will take care of the rest.
Current members we DID NOT forget about you…if you adopt a dog this month we will also give you one month for free.
**To receive your free month you must sign up for at least one month with CFH at full price, then we will give you your second month for free** We want to avoid a huge rush of people taking away space from the current members. Thanks!
