20 Single Arm DB Thrusters (10 per arm) 
50 Double Jumps (doubles with no rope)

Rnd 2: Max Low plank 
Rnd 3: Max Flutter Kicks 
Rnd 4: Max Tuck ups (lay on back and bring hands and knees up) 
Rnd 5: Plank Walks 

Athletes: Today we hit a total body workout and attack the core with a different movement each round.  We work into a rest so work for the full 4 minutes, recover then hit it again!
