CFH Throwdown for a Cause is approaching quickly! On July 20th we will host our first throwdown with CFH athletes only. Check the link for more details and put your name on the whiteboard in the hall to sign up!
The CFH Throwdown for a Cause will be an annual event. Each year we will post the name of the winner on a plaque that we will display in the gym. (coaches are not allowed to compete). This is the inaugural year, you could be the first name on the plaque! Imagine bringing your kids back to CFH to show them that YOU won the first ever CFH Throwdown!?!? Pretty cool stuff….
