A few people asked to have a video series of the movement cycle that we are currently in. Below are some reminders about the Push Press as a movement- what we want to strive for and what we want to avoid. We will be hitting sets of 3, 2 and 1 similar to the clean cycle these sets will be “same weight across”. We will hit a few auxiliary lifts to strength the shoulders and triceps, but as we have seen throughout our cycles the best way to get a better push press is….to PUSH PRESS!
