It’s Nutrition Tip Wednesday. This week, we talk about how quick meals for when you are hungry, tired, and just plain don’t feel like cooking.

Strength WOD

It has been too long since we took a day to focus on lifting.  No matter what the metcon is you have it in

the back of your mind.  That hesitation will cause you to focus less on the strength and more on a combination of both.  Today you have one focus: Lifting.
For those that hate lifting and think it is a waste of time, please come in.  From my experience these are usually people who think they will not get a “good” workout in or burn enough calories.  Lean muscle burns more calories.  The stronger you are the easier it will be to loose weight, if that is your goal.
Get in here and lift some heavy stuff!
Every 90 Seconds for 12 Minutes
Squat Clean + 2 Front Squats
Rest 3 Minutes
Every 90 Seconds for 12 Minutes
Power Clean + 2 Split Jerks
Score = Best lift for each complex

Build up in load throughout each complex
