Not to generalize or make too broad of a statement, but most people claim they feel “fine”. It could be fitness, nutrition or that old smoking habit, but they get by and have no major health issues. As we know, when you start to eat right and exercise there is a whole different level above doing “ok.” Here is a great article that dives even deeper into this subject- There is another level above I am doing fine.

If you have a muscle up work muscle ups.
If you do not then work on the low rings, do not spend 10 min failing on muscle ups. Work on dips, pass throughs, and banded pass throughs. If you are still working on pull ups then work pull ups and dips.
