The Go Ruck Challenge

A few months ago a post went up about doing a Go Ruck Challenge.  The challenge consisted of an all night trek/ruck around Baltimore.  You were tasked with carrying an external load, navigating the city, surviving an all night hike and a few other obsicals along the way.  It is not a 5K that you complete then go eat brunch with your friends.  This is a serious test of mental and physical strength.  I could not be more stoked for the team from CFH that took on this challenge.

Huge shout to Ross M, Ed S, Maria M, Marty P, John B, Russ M, James C, Tom S, Brent L and Maurice K.

If you see this crew in the gym, congratulate them on a challenge completed!
