Introducing… Nutrition @ CFH!
Over the next month we are going to be piloting new Nutrition services here at CFH! These services are meant to help anyone looking to clean up their diet but might not know where to start or lack the support to go about it on their own. We are piloting this program on a small scale to gain feedback and customize our program in order to benefit our community the most. The pilot will be offered at $100 and limited to the first five people to sign up.
We are looking for FIVE CFH-ers who are looking to:

– Transition to a cleaner way of eating

– Improve energy levels and performance

Our pilot program is being offered at $100 for one month of nutrition coaching. It will include:

– A 45 minute introduction/ consultation to learn about you and your goals and establish a plan

– Two additional follow-up meetings, individualized coaching, and meal planning guidelines spanning the course of 4 weeks

-Weekly email and phone call follow ups

Coach Alexa will be leading our nutrition program. Alexa is self educated in the field of nutrition and has worked as a nutrition educator for the past year with a local non-profit that provides nutrition education to families in need- so she specializes in helping busy people on any budget. In addition to her passion for nutrition, Alexa has a wealth of culinary knowledge to share, along with personally developed recipes and tips.  If you are interested in being a part of our pilot, or learning more, email Alexa@crossfitfederalhill.com .
