Hitting a little strength to start our Wednesday off. Pick a rep scheme on the pushups that is challenging. For the loading on the strict press it does not have to be unbroken. Challenge yourself on the load if you have it availble. For the workout the hang squat cleans should be 20-30 seconds. Load heavy if you can! You have rest on the back end so work on the burpees and use the whole minute.
