Project Cubbie clean up- Everything needs to be removed from the cubbies by this Friday.  We need to do a major clean up to see what is used and what has been sitting there for a few months.  All shoes, wraps, shirts and cups need to go by Friday morning or they will be given away!

Mobility Tonight at 6:30 pm-This week will focus on hips, calves, and ankles – to help get a little lower in your squats.

Remember this Friday (May 29th) at 6:30 am we are celebrating the fact that ten members of CFH are expecting or just had a little one!

We will be providing some food and drinks along with a gift for all the tiny little CFHers!
