Paleo Challenge NEWS
The 30 day Paleo Challenge ends on Tuesday, November 19th. That is 30 days from Monday, October 21st when we started this thing! So here is the plan- We will retest the workout and take measurements on Saturday November 23rd. Yes we realize that is a whole 3 more days, no big deal! On Saturday November 23rd we will reWOD and teake measurements at 11 am. After that we will have a potluck to celebrate the end of the challenge. Bring a dish and we will bring the adult beverages. Come hangout for a few hours, talk paleo and celebrate 30 days of clean eating. The food does not have to be paleo, but don’t go too crazy.
We are switching it up and slowing it down today. Our focus will be on strength and it will still be an excellent workout. You will have 14 min at each station, there will be a running clock. You will complete all your Back Squats then move onto Strict Press then move onto Deadlifts. In the end we will post your heaviest set and add all three scores for a final score.
This workout is called “The CrossFit Total” the only difference is we will be going for a 3 rep max. Here is a Demo Video with Zack Height
