The skill work should be fairly challenging today. Form is everything for the skill portion. Planks and farmer walks are critical in core stabilization. The :30 assault bike is at the end of the workout today. It is for max cals and should be completed with no rest between. Let’s motivate and encourage everyone the bikes.
