As the holidays approach and the weather starts to change it can be hard to maintain a consistent schedule at the gym.  Do you know one thing that always helps people stay motivated….GOALS!   And what better person to talk goals with, but coach John P.  If you did not know John’s middle name is goals, he is one passionate dude when it comes to setting and accomplishing these things.

This week on The 4th Pull we sit down with Nicole C. and RJ to talk about how to set and accomplish a goal.  They both bring a goal to the table and JP talks them through the proper steps to ensure they will be able to accomplish and hit the plan that they lay out.

**Today we hit the met con first.  We retest Diane! Last time we hit Diane was August 3rd, almost 3 months ago exactly. The coach will get you warmed up, but make sure your shoulders and hamstrings feel good and warm before jumping into this one.**
