We made the switch to Zen Planner months ago, but many of  you still don’t have pictures in the system! Please upload a picture of yourself doing something cool and active to impress all your fellow athletes. Seriously, this is one of the best ways for your coaches and fellow athletes to learn and remember everyone’s names- which is super important so we can build community and cheer for each other loudly during metcons and heavy lifts! Coaching Tip- Each week we hit a longer body weight style workout (this one happens to have a few thrusters in it).  This week it is a partner workout that involves a few staple movements in CrossFit.  Use your partner’s strengths.  This should feel like a sprint, rest, interval style workout.
