Since introducing the DRIVE class, we tried offering it at both 11AM and 8AM Saturday mornings to see which time slot was more popular. Due to the popularity of both class times, we will now be offering DRIVE at 8AM and 11AM on Saturdays. CrossFit classes will be held at 9AM and 10AM.  I apologize if this hurts anyone CrossFit schedule, but every Drive Class had over 25 people in it.   DRIVE fans, please continue to show your support!

Mobility Tonight at 6:30 PM

Check it out, we are going to switch the focus a little on Mobility class today and work on strengthening some of the small muscles that can be neglected in the big compound lifts that we do.

This week we are going to focus more on accessory strengthening – primarily on the shoulders and scapular muscles. These exercises may not be as fancy as the clean and jerk or snatch – but are all important to help improve your form, improve your strength and decrease risk of injury. Come in and maybe learn something new!

On the first Monday that we officially opened we had 3 people attend the 5:30 am class.  John P was one of the athletes in that class.  Ever since day one we have had an amazing morning crew! Keep up the hard work team!
