Nutrition Tip Wednesday- Power Supply Gift Card Giveaway!

This week isn’t a tip- but a giveaway! Power Supply Meals hooked us up with two $25 gift cards. We want to hear from you- what topics would you like to see on the Nutrition blog?  This could be anything related to food and nutrition and how it impacts you. A few people might check this WOD and think “eh kinda long, not sure I can do it.” Or “Eh just endurance, looks like no fun.” If any negative thoughts pop into you’re head you have to fight them off.  You can do this workout.  We will make modifications so you get through it.  With the warm up, cool down and coaching you will get a solid hour of work with the WOD today.  Come in, embrace the long days and remember that we work short, long, fast and heavy.  The point is to be well rounded!

Every 8 minutes for 32 minutes…(4 rounds)
500 M Row
400 M Run
50 Air Squats
Score = slowest round
 **You should have over 1 minute of rest for every round. If the air squats are too easy, then hold a KB in the goblet position.  (35/26).**
