7 Habits of Highly Effective Squatters

Go with the Flow- Fu Barbell– Summary below-

“When looking at the receiving stance of the snatch, we want to see 3 things:

1. A squat width that allows for good depth. The deepest of squats.

2. This width should also accommodate an upright torso that carries a slight forward inclination.

3. Good knee to ankle alignment providing optimal stabilization mechanics.”

 Strength WOD

A1) Snatch Balance 3/3/3/3

(hold in the bottom for 3 seconds)

A2) 30 Seconds of Keg Drill – Use a foam roller and Med Ball

(if you do not need the keg drill then hold the bottom of a squat for 30 seconds)

A3) Snatch Pull 3/3/3/3

Should be heavier than your 1 RM Snatch, but lighter than your snatch grip deadlift

WOD

10 Front Squats (115/75)

30 Double Unders

7 min AMRAP
