Can you bend over and touch your toes? Can you keep a flat back and touch your toes? Tight hamstrings may be a culprit, limiting your ability to get into a good set up position for a clean or deadlift, putting your lower back more at risk. This week we are going to mobilize the posterior chain.
The volume of work today is high, if you have 5 minutes to come in early and get a good stretch in go for it!
