Upcoming Weekend schedule at CFH!

*Reminder* We are hosting a Level 1 Seminar this weekend so there will be no normally scheduled classes on Saturday. Also due to the weather forecast for this Saturday– chilly and rainy, we are going to cancel the 9am and 10am park WODs.

 Do not fear, there will still be opportunities to get your sweat on this weekend. Go see our friends at CrossFit Cove on Saturday for 9 am, 10 am or 11 am classes– open to all CFH members. 

Sunday- Open gym at CFH from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Bright Spot Friday!

This week we want to highlight Mike H. who hit a 25# PR on our split jerk cycle that just ended. Mike is a busy dude. He is in med school but has been consistently putting in work at CFH for years. When you’ve been doing CrossFit for a while, over 3 years like Mike, a jump like this becomes increasingly difficult to achieve. With focus and diligence, Mike was able to break through a plateau on this cycle and saw some impressive gains. Way to go, Mike!
