If you are more interested in the competitive side of CrossFit, Coach Eric will be launching a competitive program for CFH athletes. This program will be designed for athletes who enjoy competing in local competitions and training to get better in the Open. Athletes who are willing to put in more time and who want to get better tomorrow. The goal here is to make the competitive program seamless with the CFH program. Coach Eric and I will work together to have the main CFH WOD be the exact same as his competitive WOD. The only difference will be the extra stuff before and after. Our goal here is keep the community together, but give people who want to train more an outlet to do so. If this interests you we are having a FREE info meeting on Friday May 6th at 6:30 pm. We will explain how the program works and you can see if it is a good fit for you. Anyone and everyone is welcome to come hear what it is all about!

**Our focus today is on OHS. The overhead squat is one of highest quality movements that we will do at CFH. It exposes all flexibility issues and forces people to get uncomfortable. Getting uncomfortable is where the magic happens. Get heavy in the first portion and focus on the strength work. The EMOM is to get a good sweat in after you lifted some heavy things.**
