Today, Green’s Choice meats will be visiting CFH between 4:30-6:30pm. They will have samples as well as a cooler to buy from. Green’s Choice sells locally produced, humanly raised pork products. Check them out while you are at the gym this afternoon!

6 Front Squats Every 2 Minutes for 10 minutes
(build up in weight)

5 Squat Cleans
200 M Run
10 min AMRAP
Fitness: 115/75
RX: 155/105
RX+: 185/125
**The focus today is on the strength WOD, develop a plan as to how you are going to progress up in load. The best way to do that is think of a 6 rep max that you want to hit and work down from there.  The coach will give you time to warm up to your starting weight.  It should not be the bar, unless that is a challenge. You have 5 sets, make them all count.**
