Our Fresh Start Challenge Starts Today!
It’s really a ‘couch to crossfit’ program for women (sorry fellas, women only!) who want to make a change but may have been intimidated.
The classes will run separately from the CrossFit classes. The plan is to have 2 sets of the Fresh Start Challenge classes on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 AM and 7:30 PM. So, while they will be there while regular classes are running, they will be following more introductory programming and have a separate Coach.
They will also be in the back gym. The doors will be shut and the back gym will be closed off for extra work. PLEASE USE THE AUXILIARY space in the very back if you want to lift heavy things.
BUT, they will be part of this community! Please continue to be as warm and welcoming as you are to our new full time members. It is the people that make this place so great and we want them to rub shoulders with as many of you as possible!
