3/3/3/3/3 (build up in weight, but keep the load at 70-75% of 1 RM in order to stay explosive)

25 Front Rack Lunges
75 double unders

13 Min Time Cap
**The aggressive time cap is in place to help you scale this workout. It should be a sprint.  Scale the toes to bar to the kipping straight leg version.  We have seen so much success with this.  The lunges do not have to be unbroken, but should be in big chunks.**
