When it comes to food and food knowledge, there are there big questions that people have:
What should I eat?
When should I eat?
How much should I eat?
The majority of people have a pretty good idea of foods they should avoid if they want to stay healthy. It is the second two questions that are harder to answer, and the accountability that goes along with these three questions that Nutrition coaching can help with. Committing to a Nutrition program and making yourself accountable to someone else for your food choices can be sort of scary and is something that I give people a lot of credit for doing. This past month, I worked with Beth G. who has been a member here at CFH for a while. Beth had a pretty firm foundation of knowledge in nutrition when we started working together, but she is a great example of how even someone who knows the difference between healthy and unhealthy can benefit from working with a nutrition coach. From Beth: “I can’t thank you enough for the help you’ve given me to get on the right track with my nutrition. When we spoke at the start I felt like I needed was accountability and that is what you have given me. I came in to Core Nutrition knowing about macros, but often finding it difficult to reach my macros and in a caloric deficit. With your help I’m now reaching my needed macros daily and feeling energized and sleeping better.”

Score your slowest time. We will start a new heat every two minutes so we can rotate through the assault bikes. If you finish in under 12 minutes use that time to rest. If you hit 12 minutes you must go directly into the next round.
