A quick note on signing into class… Signing into class is important. As a business class attendance is a valuable metric and it is helpful for us to know who is coming to class and when. Please do your best to sign in every time you come to class. You can sign in at the iPad, the back or front computers in the gym. Even if you don’t care about scoring your workout, still sign in to every class you take. Speaking of scoring your workouts – that is important, too. Scoring your WOD’s is how you track your progress and measure results. Scoring is not about stacking yourself up against  other people in the gym. Scoring your WOD’s is the best way to know if you are getting fitter and stronger.
