COSP Golf Tournament

Love to golf? Know someone who does? We have an opportunity to Golf for a good cause! The Community of Strength Project will be running a Charity Golf Tournament on Friday, October 21st. Grab some friends, family members, co-workers, or people you barely even know and join a team to help support the kids. All the information you need can be found on our website.

If you work for or own a company that would be interested in sponsoring this event, there are many different levels of sponsorship available. All the information you need can be found on our website.

The Community of Strength Project is a non-profit that is run out of CFH. Our mission is to empower at-risk youth through CrossFit and provide mentorship and guidance to prepare them for life after high school. This tournament will help us to continue providing financial, physical, and emotional support to the youth of Baltimore City. The proceeds will help fund the program designed to mentor students through fitness.

**Treat this like a sprint, low weight and go fast.  Remember, do not drop the bar from overhead if you have 10’s or 15’s.*
