*Labor Day Weekend Schedule*

leveloneThere is a CrossFit Level 1 course at CFH this weekend, so we are closed for Saturday classes and Sunday morning open gym. We will have Sunday evening open gym from 5:30-7:30pm. Visit our friends at CrossFit Cove in Columbia on Saturday if you are looking to get a WOD in. CFH members can drop in for free at Cove when we are closed.

Monday there will be two classes – a 10am and 11am WOD. We will be closed in the afternoon/ evening due to the holiday.
