Coach Tip- The high box jumps are meant to warm up your legs for deadlifts and wall balls. The toes to bar are meant to warm up your hips and core. Use progressions on the toes to bar to ensure you are improving. Your goal in the WOD should be to get at least half way through the HSPUs.
