We are getting pumped for the Halloween Throwdown this Saturday! Just a reminder, there will be an 8am DRIVE class on Saturday, and all other classes will be cancelled due to the Throwdown. The competition starts at 10am. If you are not participating feel free to come and watch! Workouts will be released tomorrow (Thursday)!

Coaching Tip- Here is our no barbell day for the week. The 500 M Row is a test we do every few months, work on position and form in the warm up then go for an all out sprint. For the workout your focus should be on finding a good progression for the HSPU. Switch it up today by hitting negatives, using heavier dumbbells, or doing wall walks.
