Wednesday- NO 6:30 or 7:30 pm class

Thursday – 10:00 am partner WOD

Friday- Noon, 4:30 and 5:30 pm only

Saturday- 9:00 and 10:00 am only

Strength WOD

3 Power Cleans with a pause below the knee (60-70% of 1 RM)
3 Inch worm version 2 with a 5 second pause

**The strength work today will help refine and enforce good position.  Be sure your back is in a excellent, tight flat position when you pause below the knee.  It is in imperative for staying safe and building strength.   The inch worms will be a good shoulder and core warm up for the WOD.  The WOD should be something you continue to move through.  The push press weight should be unbroken for the first 3 rounds.  The doubles should be done in 1 or 2 sets each round.  Use good progressions for the toes to bar.  By that we mean do not swing on the bar with no control.  Stay active, feet together and keep a good position throughout the movement.**
