James C. Sendoff WOD tonight at 6:30pm

Tonight at 6:30pm we are hosting a special going away Hero WOD for James who is being deployed. James has been a great part of our community and it wouldn’t be right for him to leave without a proper sendoff. The 6:30pm class will be a special Hero WOD and farewell to James. We hope to see you there. Thank you for being a part of our community and for your service, James! There hero WOD will be “Bell”

Strength WOD

Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes
3 Position Snatch (high hang, mid thigh, floor) Power or Squat

WOD

10 Power Snatch
5 Pull ups
7 min AMRAP
Fitness: 75/55
RX: 75/55 (chest to bar)
RX+: 75/55 (3 bar Muscle Ups)
Coaching Tip: The 3 position snatch drill should help clean up your bar path and help you move the barbell more efficiently.  Make sure the coach gets eyes on you.  Move up in weight, but our goal is not to max out.  You should make each lift quick, aggressive and show good form.  For the workout it is an all out sprint.  Yesterday we went heavy, today we go fast.
