The 3rd annual Battle of Baltimore is quickly approaching. The competition will be held on Saturday, January 28th at CFH. This year, teams of three will consist of all male and all female teams. More information to come but for now, find your team, save the date, and get ready to Battle.

Coaching tip: The strength EMOM will work you up to a heavy 3 rep overhead squat for today. If overhead squats are a struggle for you, keep it light, focus on perfecting your form, and work in some mobility in between rounds (ankles, hips, or shoulder). It will benefit you more in the long run than going heavier with poor form. For the workout, pick a weight that will allow you to go unbroken on at least your first 2-3 sets of OHS.
