 Nutrition Tip Wednesday!

 

This week, we are talking about creative ways to re-purpose leftovers for throw-together lunches! Head over to the Nutrition blog to read about it!

**If you are reading this and thinking, “Oh shoot teams of three I don’t have a friend to workout with, or I might slow them down.” Just stop the negativity, pick a class and come in.  That is what we call an excuse.  This workout is just what you need to make friends!**

In teams of three
300/250 M Row
10 Hanging Power Cleans
4 Rounds
then…
300/250 M Row
10 Hanging Power Snatch
4 Rounds
Fitness: 115/75 (75/55)
RX: 135/95 (95/65)
RX+: 155/105 (115/75)
Coaching Tip: Each person completes three rounds.  As soon as a teammate gets of the rower you can jump on.  This is an interval style workout disguised as a team workout.  Each round should be all out effort.  The weight for the cleans and snatches should allow you to go unbroken or 5 and 5.
