This week we are throwing it back to an older post about becoming more mindful of what and how you eat. Around this time of year, there are plenty of temptations when it comes to eating.  COSP Burpee Challenge – this Saturday!

We are still accepting donations for the Community of Strength Project burpee challenge that is happening this Saturday at CFH! Every dollar will go towards purchasing Toys for Tots this holiday season. If you’d like to donate…

  1. Bring cash or a check (made out to Community of Strength Project) into the gym and give it to a coach or leave it in the office in the back gym.
  2. Email costrengthproject@gmail.com and let us know your desired donation. We will send you an invoice you can click and pay!
