 Hamstring on a pole Stretch (1 min each leg)
Couch Stretch (1 min each leg)
 Repeat (30 seconds each leg)

30 Air Squats
15 Toes to Bar
10 Deadlifts
5 Rounds
Fitness: 185/125
RX: 205/135
RX+: 225/155

DRIVE

1 Minute at each station for 25 minutes
30 Low Plank High Plank
20 Weighted Walking Lunges
20 Sit ups
15 Wall Balls
15 Push ups
