The Fresh Start Challenge is starting this week at 6:00 am and will be taking place int he back gym.   It will be a 6 week challenge for women only.  The goal is to get a group of ladies into CFH that otherwise would never step foot in a CrossFit gym.

We still have a few spots left! So please spread the word  by reaching out to your friends. Have them email crossfitfederalhill@gmail.com We will be accepting last minute sign ups all week. 

If nothing else please be friendly and welcoming to any new faces you see.  The classes will be separate from the regular class (like a foundations class).  But remember how intimidating it was when you started? A smile and hello go a long way.

20 Chest to Bar Pull ups
15 Front Squats

Fitness: 95/65
RX: 115/75
RX+: 135/95
15 min Time Cap
Coaching Tip: The strength WOD should be a good warm up for the workout.  Move up in weight on each set.  For the WOD choose a weight that you can do 15 front squats with out dropping the bar on the first round.  The pull ups today are chest to bar pull ups because the CrossFit Open is coming up and chest to bar pull ups are usually part of the open.  This workout will be a good tool to help you get one step closer to chest to bar.
