Strength WOD

Every 90 Seconds of 12 minutes (8 sets)
1 Clean Lift-Off + Clean

Build up over each set to something heavy. A Clean Lift-Off is the portion of the clean from the ground to the knees. Keep your torso angle consistent through all phases of this lift-off, and pause 2-seconds at the knees each lift-off. Then lower the bar down, reset and perform a power clean.  Our goal here is to work on the first pull of your clean.
