Coaching Tip: This is a technical barbell movement paired with a technical body weight movement. On the squat cleans pick a load you can hit 10+ reps with to start the workout. Keep the bar close and work on speed under the bar and speed out of the squat. For the doubles pick a progression that gets you closer to consistent double unders.
