10 Push Jerks

5 Burpee Box Jump Overs

10 Toes to Bar

Fitness: 185/125 (95/65)

RX and RX+ 225/155 (135/95)

 

Coaching tip: One partner goes through a full round then the next partner goes through a full round. Move through your rounds as quickly as possible since you will have time to rest while your partner works, and then 4 minutes before the second AMRAP. Shoot to complete your deadlift, toes to bar, cals and burpee box jumps progressions quickly. Score = total rounds
