(Same weight across all four sets)

40 Air Squats
20 KB Swings
10 min AMRAP
Coaching tip:  Today we will hit some single-leg strength work to help us in our front squat cycle. Our metcon today is no barbell. Air squats and push ups are two movements that can get sloppy when you’re not focused – don’t let that happen. Stay focused on executing high quality reps the entire 10 minutes.
