burpee
A group of people in the morning have band together to complete “The Royal Burpee Challenge”.  They started a few months ago by doing 1 Burpee on day 1 and 2 Burpees on day 2.  They continued this trend until they reached 120 days.  Today happens to be the 120th day.  So to celebrate we are going to do 120 burpees.
When you are in the workout and start to feel sorry for yourself or catch yourself saying “Burpees suck” remember, this crew just did 119 the day before so 120 for 1 day is really no big deal.
Congratulate them when you see them in the gym.

Front Squat
Work up to 95% of your previous 3 Rep Max

Partner WOD

40 Push Jerks (alternating, 40 total)
40 Burpees (each person does 40)
40 Power Cleans (alternating, 40 total)
40 Burpees (each person does 40)
40 Deadlifts (alternating, 40 total)
40 Burpees (each person does 40)
20 min Time Cap
**Split up the barbell work, one person works one person rests.  The burpees are done together and each person completes 40 before the team can move onto the barbell.**
