MONDAY, MAY 29th (MEMORIAL DAY) will be our big “Murph” event and we hope ALL of you can make it. Heats will run at 9:45 am and one starting at 10:15 am. All are welcome to hang out afterwards – CFH will provide the meat if the community brings the sides! Sign up list is on the front white board!

Coaching tip: today’s workout is a longer metcon. It can be with a DB or a KB. There is no load on the dumbbell today- we have never done walking overhead DB lunges in a class so choose a weight that you can support and stabilize overhead- it may be lighter than you are used to using in workouts. Like always, remember no dropping of the DB’s from overhead.
