We will be having a Paleo Meeting today at the gym from Noon to 1 pm.
The 2013 Open
The way we will run the workouts will be as follows:
- The workout will be announced every Wednesday at 5pm starting March 6th.
- That Saturday all classes will have the announced workout programmed (so you might as well register to compete here!). We will try to get everyone who is competing to come in at 10 am to do the workout and be judged!
- The workout will STILL be scaled according to your ability levels.
- If you can not make it on Saturday you can do the workout during any regularly scheduled class as long as- You do not interrupt or take away equipment we need for class and someone is judging you.
If you are doing the OPEN for fun then just show up Saturday ready to work out! If you want to be competitive we suggest switching your schedule up to make Friday a rest day so you are fully preparred for Saturday.
