12 Goblet Squats (3 seconds on the decent, then explode up)

Rest 60 Seconds

30 Second Side Plank (both sides)

Rest 60 Seconds

Then,

12 Box Jumps (24/20) (step down if needed!)

12  Burpees

12 KB Swings (70/53)

12 Min AMRAP
